DANDELION

Dandelion is among the most famous and widespread wild plants. It thrives almost anywhere it is allowed to sprout its bright yellow composite skyward. Its leaves have an extremely aromatic taste. Subtly tart and slightly bitter, it is extremely suitable for salads and smoothies. It is obviously also suitable for delicious teas.

LEMON PEEL

Originally from India, lemon peel has an aroma similar to its sour fruit pulp. Slightly bitter and refreshingly fruity, it enriches Mediterranean meals, sweet dishes or herbal tea blends.

LIQUORITE

Licorice has been known since ancient times. Its sweetening power is 50 times greater than that of sugar. It has a slightly sweet and bitter sour taste.

How to use: Pour over the bag with 250 ml of freshly boiled water. Allow to steep for 5-7 minutes or more for a stronger flavor.
