URTEKRAM 's organic soy granules are made exclusively from organic soy beans. Soybeans are mechanically pressed to separate the oily part and soy granules are then formed from the protein-rich flour. They are used to prepare boiled dishes, vegetable "meatballs" and dishes made in a wok pan.
The protein content in 100 g. organic soy granules corresponds to approximately 220 g. pure chicken meat.
