The recommended daily dose is 90 g.

Recommended use : Dissolve one portion of the product – 30 g (2 scoops) in 200 ml of water or milk; use a shaker or blender. Take 3 servings daily.

On the days when you have training : drink the first serving in the morning, after getting up, the second within 1.5 hours after training and the third before going to bed. On the days when you have no training : drink the first serving in the morning, after getting up, the second between meals and the third before going to bed.
