Recommended use : Dissolve one serving of the product - 6.5 g (1 doser) in 250 ml of water or juice. Take 1 serving daily. On training days: take one serving 30 minutes before training, or one serving immediately after training. On non-training days: take one serving in the morning, after getting up, or one serving before bed.

Composition : creatine monohydrate (76.2%); taurine (22.9%); vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid) (0.9%).
