Proteolytic enzymes, trypsin and chymotrypsin in Chimoral gastroresistant tablets have specific endopeptidase and esterase catalytic activity. After entering the bloodstream, the enzymatic activity of trypsin and chymotrypsin is inhibited. Thanks to the reversibility of the inhibition, trypsin and chymotrypsin regain their enzymatic activity, after leaving the bloodstream, in a zone of permeable or open blood vessels. Thus, in the space outside the blood vessels, trypsin and chymotrypsin and their enzymatic activity are released. It is used for: swelling and bleeding, for disturbed blood and lymph fluid flow, in inflammatory processes of the upper respiratory system (thick bronchial secretion, severe coughing).
