The tea drink prepared from this plant (poparok), due to its antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effect, has a beneficial effect on inflammation of the urinary tract, moderate urination disorders, associated with benign prostatic hyperplasia and irritated bladder. Herbal tea for oral use is prepared by steaming one tablespoon of finely ground herbal substance with 250 ml of freshly boiled water. After steaming, let it stand for 10-15 minutes in a covered bowl. Freshly prepared tea (infusion) is drunk two to three times during the day, before a meal.
