URTEKRAM 's organic ground soybeans are made exclusively from organic soybeans. The soybeans are pressed mechanically to separate the oily part and then organic ground soybeans are formed from the protein-rich flour. It is used to prepare meatballs, bolognese sauce or burgers. If you want a darker color of the dish, add a little soy sauce during cooking.
The protein content in 100 g. of organic ground soybeans corresponds to approximately 230 g. pure ground pork.
