ORGANIC, WHOLE GRAINS
Italian Fusilli are made from 100% durum wheat and local spring water from the Dolomites by Pastificio Felicetti srl. founded in 1908 in Predazzo in the heart of the Valle di Fiemme of the Dolomites. The Felicetti family has been making traditional Italian pasta for four generations. The paste is placed in bronze molds to provide a rough surface to hold the sauce and then carefully dried to shape. Felicetti pasta has a unique taste and perfect texture.
