Nasal spray, a solution, contains the active substance xylometazoline, which narrows the blood vessels of the nasal mucosa, thereby reducing swelling and increasing the patency of the nasal passages. The drug is intended to relieve the symptoms of stuffy nose, chronic and allergic rhinitis (allergic inflammation of the nasal mucosa), sinusitis (inflammation of the sinuses).
