How to use : You can soak the buckwheat in a bowl for 6 hours and then rinse it. Another option is to rinse it well in water and bring 1 ½ cups of water to a boil in a small cooking pot. Add 1 cup buckwheat, then reduce heat, cover, and cook until the buckwheat is tender, 10-15 minutes (if the buckwheat is pre-soaked, it will take 3-5 minutes to cook). You can use it as a base for a salad, at breakfast or mix it with vegetables and beans.
