Product replacement

For each product, there is a possibility of replacement within 15 days after the purchase of the product if the company has available stocks of it. Replacement is done only in case the product is non-functional, damaged or if the wrong product was sent.

Product return

There is a possibility of returning the product to the company's premises within 15 days after the purchase. The cost of returning the products is at the buyer's expense. The product can only be returned if it has not been previously used and is properly packed in the original packaging.
