RECOMMENDED USE : dissolve one portion of the product – 30 g (2 scoops) in 200 ml of water or milk; use a shaker or blender. Take 3 servings daily. On the days when you exercise : take the first portion in the morning after getting up, the second within 1.5 hours after training and the third before going to bed. When not exercising : take the first portion in the morning after getting up, the second between meals and the third before going to bed.
