Information that should be known before using the product What should be paid attention to? • Use Ortomol® Immune under medical supervision. • The product is not suitable to be used as a sole source of nutrition. • Orthomol® Imun contains iodine. If you suffer from thyroid gland dysfunction, consult your doctor before taking the product. • If you have kidney stones composed of oxalate, certain disorders due to which your body stores too much iron or glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase deficiency, you should consult your doctor before drinking Ortomol® Imun. • Ortomol® Imun contains 165 μg of biotin in one daily dose. If you need to do a laboratory test (immunological test), please inform your doctor and/or the laboratory staff that you are taking Ortomol® Immune, because biotin can affect the results of such a test. Also, the product is lactose free. • The content of riboflavin (vitamin B2) can cause yellowing of urine. • This product contains beta-carotene which has a strong coloring effect.
