Operil P0.25 mg/ml nasal spray is a solution intended only for children aged two to seven years. Operil P contains oxymetazoline, which is used as a nasal decongestant. By narrowing the arterioles, it reduces swelling of the nasal mucosa and secretion from the nose. In this way, breathing through the nose is facilitated, the nasal and paranasal cavities (sinuses) are opened and the Eustachian tubes alleviate the accompanying symptoms of the cold. Operil begins to act after a few minutes, and its effect lasts up to 12 hours. Oxymetazoline also has an anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effect. Operil Pima Antiviral effect on certain viruses that mainly cause respiratory diseases. Operil Pse is used for: - acute sneezing during a cold, - sneezing due to allergies, - rhinosinusitis, - inflammation of the middle ear (otitis media), to improve the function of the Eustachian tube.
