A classic tomato sauce made from Spanish Demeter tomatoes for quick cooking.
Production
Tomatoes are picked by hand when they ripen in the sun and are processed on farms immediately after harvest so that their wonderful aroma, juicy color and valuable ingredients are not lost. To ensure that the aromatic fruits retain their flavor and ingredients, they are cooked using a traditional artisanal process. It tastes "freshly preserved", intensely fruity and round.
Usage
The tomato sauce goes perfectly with our spelled and durum wheat pasta.
