Nasal spray Meralis 1 mg / ml belongs to a group of drugs used to treat nasal diseases sympathomimetics. It contains xylometazoline chloride, which helps narrow the blood capillaries in the nose, thus reducing the swelling of the nasal mucosa. It is used to reduce swelling of the nasal mucosa caused by inflammation of the sinus mucosa (sinusitis) or inflammation of the nasal mucosa (rhinitis).
