This wafer is specially made for those who prefer to avoid sugar in their meals, but still want to indulge in a tasty and sweet treat. It contains 90% less sugar compared to traditional chocolate wafers, which is achieved by replacing sugar and sweeteners with vegetable fibers (inulin and oligofructose). These fibers also promote the growth of beneficial bifidobacteria in the gastrointestinal tract without raising insulin levels in the blood. The wafer is fantastic - made with pure ingredients, moderately sweet and with an intense chocolate flavor.

Method of preparation : Bake the leaves in a wafer made of einkorn flour and mix the cream with the rest of the ingredients. Then we stack them: one wafer sheet, cream on it, another sheet - cream again. When we think it is ready, we cover it with milk chocolate and let it cool.
