This organic smoked tofu is rich in protein and has a delicate aroma because it is smoked over pine wood. It is traditionally used in Asian cuisine and is made from soybeans. Recipe for preparing a vegetarian meal with sweet potato and smoked tofu :
Necessary ingredients :
1/2 Bjorg Organic Smoked Tofu
1/4 large sweet potato cut into small cubes
1 pinch of cumin powder
1 pinch of coriander powder
1 pinch of chili powder (or paprika)
1/4 small sliced leek
1 chopped kale leaf
salt pepper
extra virgin olive oil from Bjorg
lemon juice from Bjorg
fresh coriander
natural vegetable yogurt
Preparation time : 15-30 minutes
Method of preparation : Cut the tofu into cubes. Brown the tofu cubes on all sides in a cooking pot, on a thin layer of olive oil. Pour the sweet potato cubes into the cooking pot, if necessary add a little olive oil and brown the potatoes on medium heat for about fifteen minutes with the spices, salt and pepper. Add the sliced leeks and kale. Mix and continue cooking for about 10 minutes. If the mixture becomes too dry, add a small amount of water. When the vegetables are cooked, add the tofu cubes to heat through. Get away from the fire. Add fresh coriander, lemon juice and plant-based yogurt and serve this delicious vegetarian meal.
