For 120 ml salad dressing:

- 1 bag of Beltane Fix for salad

- 1-2 tablespoons (20 ml) light balsamic vinegar

- 4 tablespoons (60 ml) of water

- 2-3 tablespoons (40 ml) cooking oil

Method of preparation : Mix Beltane Fix for salad with vinegar and water and let the mixture stand for a few minutes. Then add the cooking oil and mix. Wash and chop the lettuce (about 200 g of lettuce) and apply the salad dressing directly before eating.
