Paprika, pepper, garlic, and cumin release their strong aromas during frying and are absorbed into the poultry and vegetables. Preparation:

300 g of chicken or turkey breast
1 red or yellow pepper
100 ml of cream, 100 ml of water

1. Cut the turkey or chicken breast and pepper into strips, prepare the cream and water.

2. Add 1-2 tablespoons of cooking oil (sunflower oil) along with the spice mix 1 (small bag) in a non-stick pan. Then heat the hotplate. Once the spices release their aroma, add the poultry and fry. Add pepper and fry briefly.

3. Add the water and cooking cream, spice mix 2 (large bag), stir and cook for about 5 minutes on low heat with the lid closed. Stir occasionally.

Tip : fry fresh onions together with the poultry. Serve with rice or mashed potatoes.
